Capitalized terms shall have the meaning indicated below:

  • IPS means ITEFAQ for Projects Services Company (the owner of this Site).

  • Information means the content; statistics; diagrams; photos; videos and maps published on this Site.

  • Site means the website of IPS and its webpages.

  • Terms & Conditions means the terms of Using this Site.

  • Use (Using) means accessing; browsing and reading the Information published on this Site.

  • User(s) means any person(s) who Use this Site.

 

Intellectual Property Rights:

IPS owns all the intellectual property rights; published Information; design and layout of the Site. Users are granted access only for purposes of Using the Site.

 

Conduct:

Users agree to Use the Site only for lawful purposes. Users are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to all Jordanian applicable laws; statutes and regulations pertaining to Using the Site.

By Using the Site, Users agree that they will not:

  1. Use the Site to commit a criminal offense or to encourage others to engage in any conduct which would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability;

  4. Use the Site in any way that may cause harm to the Site or to any person or business entity.   5. Upload; post; email or otherwise transmit any Information and materials that they do not have a right to transmit under Jordanian applicable laws; statutes and regulations;

  6. Engage in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to the Site;

  7. Alter; damage or delete any Information published on the Site;

  8. Disrupt the normal flow of communication in any way;

  9. Claim a relationship with or represent any business, association or other organization with which they are not authorized to claim such a relationship or represent;

  10. Use this Site to engage in any advertising or marketing activities. Besides, not to post or transmit any unsolicited advertising; promotional materials or other forms of solicitation;

  11. Post any material that infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights of another; and 

  12. Collect or store personal information about others.

 

Termination of Use:

IPS may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend Users from Using the Site without notice and for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions or other conduct which IPS, in its sole discretion, believes is unlawful or harmful to others. In the event of termination, Users will no longer be authorized to Use the Site, and IPS will use any means possible to enforce this termination.

 

Links to other Websites:

IPS may provide some links on the Site which lead to websites that are not operated by IPS. IPS does not control those websites, nor does it review or control its contents. IPS provides those links to Users for their convenience. These links are not an endorsement of products; services or information and do not imply an association between IPS and the operators of the linked websites. When Users select a link to an outside website, they are subject to the terms and conditions of the owner/sponsors of that outside website.

 

Indemnity:

Users agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, to the full extent, IPS and all of its employees against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, damages and expenses incurred in connection with any claim arising from any breach by Users of these Terms and Conditions, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. Users agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any such claims.

IPS reserves the right to assume, at its own expense, the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by Users. Users agree not to settle any matter without the written consent of IPS.

 

Disclaimer of Warranty:

Users expressly understand and agree that their Use of the Site or any Information is entirely at their own risk, for which IPS shall not be liable. Neither IPS nor its employees warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, problem-free, omission-free or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the Use of the Site.

The Information and function of the Site are provided to Users "as is," and IPS express no representations or warranties of any kind related to the Site or the Information, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use or currency. Also, nothing contained on the Site shall be interpreted as advising Users.

 

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall IPS, nor any of its employees, be held liable for any incidental; indirect; special; punitive; exemplary or consequential damages arising out or in any way related to Using of or inability to Use the Site, including, without limitation, loss of revenues or anticipated profits; loss of goodwill; loss of business; loss of data; computer failure or malfunction, or any other damages.

IPS reserves the right to add; delete or modify these Terms and Conditions, without prior notification to Users, and at any time as it sees fit. Please read the Terms & Conditions on a regular basis for any changes. The continued Use of the Site indicates that the User accept such changes.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

For the resolution of any dispute, these Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Jordanian applicable laws; statutes and regulations.
